Kenneth Hesketh’s Danceries follows with a modern yet playful reimagining of traditional dance tunes, bursting with energy and colour. The program concludes with Sibelius’s monumental Symphony No. 2, a powerful and deeply emotive work that moves from brooding intensity to a triumphant finale.
